With 25 years experience behind us we know and understand any initial worries you may have about the forthcoming extension.

We build within the M25 area, and build to a high specification. Our work is checked by the local council surveyor; all plumbing is by a qualified corgi registered plumber, the electrical installation by a qualified niceic registered electrician. These certificates will be required to gain your completion certifications from your local council.

Most extensions and conversions go wrong through poor project management. Our project manager will visit your site daily! This means the teams will turn up daily. This will mean the extension will be built on time and to the correct specification.

We also believe in a detailed contract and specification. This eliminates misunderstandings and makes for a healthy experience. Payments are made in stages after different elements of the project are completed.

Once the build has finished you will receive your completion package:

  • Completion certificate
